ours
at
Cadenwood
wanted
to
essentially
consult
with
me
on
how
he
can
solve
a
very
specific
problem.
And
when
I
tell
you
what
this
problem
is,
you
are
going
to
have
a
tremendous
amount
of
light
bulbs
go
off
in
your
head.
What
he
wanted
to
understand
was
not
only
how
he
can
implement
AI
within
his
firm,
within
his
private
equity
shop
to
increase
efficiency
and
deal
sourcing
and
diligence
time,
which
are
the
things
that
are
most
costly
as
well
as
you
know,
obviously
underwriting
and
legal,
all
of
those
things
are
incredibly
laborsome.
And
he
wanted
to
figure
out
what
tools
he
could
use,
who
he
could
consult,
who
he
could
hire
to
solve
that.
But
what
matters
even
more
to
him
and
to
an
industry
like
private
equity
is
the
main
source
of
value
creation
is
doing
exactly
that
for
the
portfolio
companies.
